facilitation of several hundred, sometimes

days on a confidential data-collection mission
Design a 2.5 day offsite retreat for 20 to 1000

Roland Sullivan, WST Specialist
Considered to be one of the original 100
change agents of the world, Roland
learned directly from the founders of the
Change Management profession in 1962.
He has led transformation efforts for over
1000 organizations in 40 countries. He
coined the term Whole-System
Transformation™ in 1974. He has also
taught Change Management around the
world at 20 universities.
