Knowledge Tree Consulting was set up in 2007 by like-
minded learning professionals who saw the need for a
quality-driven service provider who understood
organizational requirements, having ‘been there and done
that’.
Our USP lies in the fact that we are a one-stop-shop

a wide range of customers.
The advantage that we bring to the table is, more than forty
years of joint experience, working in and managing large

experts who bring in world-class quality to the classroom,

LEADERSHIP TEAM
Nirmala has more than 25 years of experience
in L&D, having worked in senior positions in
companies like NIIT, Microland, and SAP where
she set up the Learning Function and ran it
successfully for over 7 years.
During her years in corporates, she has
garnered a wide-range of experience, right
from setting up & managing the learning
function end-to-end, to training delivery,
designing curricula, assessments, coaching,
automating processes and content
development.
She is a voracious reader, a writer and a
crossword freak. She loves to innovate and is
always game for trying out new stuff.
Anand has around 20 years of experience in
L&D. He has worked in companies like NIS,
Microland, and SAP where he looked after
Training Operations.
He has been responsible for and has
managed learning centres and large training
operations where he has scheduled
programs and managed extensive resources
and logistics. He has set up alliances with
universities and implemented learning
systems in organizations.
He is an avid biker, rock-climber and
adventurer who is always looking for new
roads to travel and new mountains to

LEADERSHIP TEAM Nirmala has more than 25 years of experience in L&D, having worked in senior positions in companies like NIIT, Microland, and SAP where she set up the Learning Function and ran it successfully for over 7 years. During her years in corporates, she has garnered a wide-range of experience, right from setting up & managing the learning function end-to-end, to training delivery, designing curricula, assessments, coaching, automating processes and content development. She is a voracious reader, a writer and a crossword freak. She loves to innovate and is always game for trying out new stuff. Anand has around 20 years of experience in L&D. He has worked in companies like NIS, Microland, and SAP where he looked after Training Operations. He has been responsible for and has managed learning centres and large training operations where he has scheduled programs and managed extensive resources and logistics. He has set up alliances with universities and implemented learning systems in organizations. He is an avid biker, rock-climber and adventurer who is always looking for new roads to travel and new mountains to conquer.
