Nirmala has more than 25 years of experience
in L&D, having worked in senior positions in
companies like NIIT, Microland, and SAP where
she set up the Learning Function and ran it
successfully for over 7 years.
During her years in corporates, she has
garnered a wide-range of experience, right
from setting up & managing the learning
function end-to-end, to training delivery,
designing curricula, assessments, coaching,
automating processes and content
development.
She is a voracious reader, a writer and a
crossword freak. She loves to innovate and is
always game for trying out new stuff.
Anand has around 20 years of experience in
L&D. He has worked in companies like NIS,
Microland, and SAP where he looked after
Training Operations.
He has been responsible for and has
managed learning centres and large training
operations where he has scheduled
programs and managed extensive resources
and logistics. He has set up alliances with
universities and implemented learning

He is an avid biker, rock-climber and
