4. Activities between NE & HE
• Market research and developing new business opportunities
• Project development, innovation and R&D
• Taking a fresh look at existing business operations
• Understanding SME finance
• Branding, sales and marketing
• Work on concrete projects on above topics
5. Support to the Entrepreneurs
• Matching – both NIO and HIO assist the entrepreneurs to find a suitable
match first from partner countries then from other European countries.
However, entrepreneurs’ own activity is important.
• Accommodation – the HIO assist the incoming NE to find
accommodation
• Social network – the HIO assist the NE to network with e.g. Chambers
of Commerce
• Support – the HIO is the contact point for the NE and HE at the area
where the exchange is taking place
• Financial Support – the NIO signs a financial agreement with NE about
the grant to support the relationship
