This means ICT is efficient tools for spreading and strengthening the unionism. 
e­Learning

is term for all kind of (ICT)technology-enhanced learning,
where technology is use to support of learning.

If someone is learning in a way that uses ICT

is border concept than [online learning] encompassing a wide set
of ICT application and process which use all available electronic
media to deliver vocational training more flexibly
ICT?



“They are the computing and communications facilities and features that 
variously support teaching, learning and a range of activities in education.”

Why ICT in Education?

 The rapidly growing usage of technology in today's world is  pushing 
  workers to consider the integration of ICT into the workspace.

 ICT can be used as a tool for motivating workers to learn in a different 
  way. 

 ICT can be effective and efficient.

 ICT gives learners immediate access to richer source materials. 

 It can be dynamic and interactive.

Three Pillars of Successful E­learning

E­learners’ cognitive skills: E­learners must have the prerequisite knowledge and
skills necessary to participate in e­learning. Computer competency through training,
and practice, and time management skills are essential.

Environment: Organizations must support e­learning by offering a supportive culture,
incentives, models, resources, and fostering e­learning self­efficacy.

Belief and behavior: E­learners’ must have high e­learning self­efficacy and the
appropriate behavioral skills such as taking responsibility for learning.
