3. ‘Go 2 Gemba’ to map the truth, not just a recollection of the truth
Create the process maps based on the processes defined in the SIPOC

= Decision
= Transport

1. Digital database with all SOP’s
2. Powerflow (in powerpoint) to guide you
through the SOP database
