analysts devoted the 2015 Customer
Bowl effort to comparing national and
local reactions to Super Bowl XLIX. The
team analyzed relevant Twitter chatter
across the greater Rochester region to
form this report.

We tracked, compiled and analyzed Rochester’s feedback around all in-game Twitter conversations using social monitoring tools.
Results were queried from various keywords and hashtags relevant to the game and advertisers. Both national and local results
were pulled based on geographic location.
