我的幫助從何而來
我的幫助從造天地的耶和華而來
I look up to the hills.
Where does my help come from?
My help comes from the Lord.
He is the Maker of heaven and earth.

3. 常常喜樂
常常喜樂 向主高歌
不論環境如何
Always rejoice, sing praise to Him
Rejoice in everything

4. 高山或低谷主都看顧
相信就能蒙福
Mountains or valleys, He’s in control
Praise Him and just Believe

5. 常常禱告 耐心等候
主做事有定時
Pray all the time, wait for His time
Trust Him and you will see

6. 流淚撒種必歡呼收割
相信就有喜樂
Soon all sorrow will turn to joy
His joy you will receive

7. 下垂的手再一次舉起來
封閉的心再一次敞開
拋開一切憂慮 放下一切重擔
Oh lift up your hands to Him in praise
Open up your heart to Him again
Cast away the worries, cast away the
burdens

8. 來到主的面前 我喜樂滿懷
冰冷的心被主愛來溫暖
乾涸的靈被主愛充滿
Come before the Lord with a heart full of faith
Let Him trade your sadness for His gladness
Let Him fill your thirsty soul with joy

死蔭幽谷一路有耶穌陪伴
祂永不離開
