Organizational Effectiveness Study (GLOBE) of 62
Societies.
He had a distinguished career with the Canadian
Foreign Service, in the US , Norway , Pakistan , East
Africa , and the Middle East and was Chargé
D'Affaires of the Canadian Embassy in Baghdad
during the last Gulf crisis.
He has also worked as the Director of Sales and
Marketing for a multinational corporation with clients
in 17 Middle Eastern countries.
