interview guide, should this be a requirement.

the 1-2-3 starter’s kit or begin immediately by
choosing either a Biographical, motivational or
competency based interview.
Each part of the tutorial is accompanied by a video
to show you exactly what is meant.
the explanatory texts below the videos consist of a
general summary, followed by a more detailed
explanation of the topic.
You can easily choose the aspect of the topic you
are interested in from the list on the right of the

dutch, English and french. in addition, we offer you the
