interview guide, should this be a requirement.

                                                            the  1-2-3 starter’s kit  or  begin  immediately  by 
                                                            choosing  either  a  Biographical,  motivational  or 
                                                            competency based interview.

                                                            Each part of the tutorial is accompanied by a video
                                                            to show you exactly what is meant.

                                                            the explanatory texts below the videos consist of a 
                                                            general  summary,  followed  by  a  more  detailed
                                                            explanation of the topic.


                                                            You can easily choose the aspect of the topic you
