1. Insert A Picture In Word

2. Click the Picture icon
under the Insert tab.
Place the curser in the
location where the
picture will be
inserted.

3. 1- Select the
picture.
2- Click Insert.

4. Click the picture and
then select the Crop
button under the
Format tab.

5. These values should be equal.
Enter 3 for the height and width.
Using the crop handles, clip
away all but the desired part
of the picture. Check the size
in upper right hand corner.
Crop until picture is square.

6. Right-Click the
picture.

7. Select Wrap Text.
Select Tight.

8. Process Complete
