counseling is been done to appraise the
performance.

possible performance results for the

psychotherapy.

One person might be
deeply affected by an event while another
individual suffers little or no ill effects.
Counselling is done to such persons by
counsellor.

Upward feedback
means input given by employees in a multi-
rater assessment regarding their
supervisor's performance. Counselling is
provided to employees for their appraisal.

Practice of planned,
systematic change in the attitudes, beliefs,
and values of the employees through
creation and reinforcement of long-term
training programs. OD is action oriented.
