8. All the partners are nowadays facing issues
related to the process of inclusion of people
at social exclusion risk. Often we think that
giving to them trainings in languages could
be enough to support their inclusion in the
society. This is not enough we believe that
also the cultural aspects are really important
for a long-term inclusion in the different
community.
9. Promote innovation in cultural sectors and exchanges between operators,
companies and cultural institutions at local, national and international levels.
Actions promoting the use of significant cultural references associated with
various elements of integration of people at risk of cultural exclusion (the
economically disadvantaged, unemployed, people with disabilities),
stigmatized, weakened in their dignity .
Promote transversality on the issues of equality, social cohesion, democracy
and encourage cultural diversity.
Favor a sensory and sensitive approach to heritage more in line with the lived
experience of the marginalized population.
To take into account the heritage of the everyday life of the population which
constitutes the living environment; build on heritage to connect and even
reconcile human beings, with their peers, with their environment and history.
Create a set of tools focused on the use of Heritage as instrument of training
favorizing inclusion in the society.
Create a Common Frame of Reference with based on National laws, Eurpean
directives, best practices and training needs, focused on inclusion of peple at
risk of social exclusion (rights - duties - opportunity).
10. The needs addressed by this project are common among all
the partners:
need to create an international net among adult's
education institutions to compare best prcatices.
need to know how other inclusion models can be
integrated in each partner community.
all the partners need to improve their competences in the
developing of trainings for adults with the final aim to
facilitate the inclusion process of their learners.
need to discover new and original training activities using
the cultural and historical heritage in each partner country.
develop a se of tools with innovative activities to avoid
social and cultural exclusion.
11. The main target of this project are the trainers of each adult
education institution. The activities are designed to train them in
order to increase their competences and skills in the design of
innovative training modules.
The secondary target group is composed by the learners in
each local community. They are the last users of our activities
and products, designed for them to falicitate the process of
inclusion and to prevent social, economical and cultural process
of marginalization.
Other beneficiaries are represented by and trainers from other
public and private institutions close to the partners.
Also the local community are part of this group of people, they
will be invited in occasion of the presentation of the activities,
workshops, art exhibitions, presentation of training offers.
12. - Creation of international net of actors involved in adult
training and protection and dissemination of historical and
cultural heritage
Sharing of best training practices e realization of a set of
tools for adult education
More knowledge about heritage in foreigner countries, how
is use for adult education and which policies there are for
its preservation and dissemination
Creation of document Common Frame of Reference
based on National laws, European directives, best
practices and training needs, focused on inclusion of
people at risk of social exclusion (rights - duties -
opportunity).
13. Attitude to comparison, dialogue and exchange.
Ability to create and maintain an international
network of work, also preparatory for the creation of
future learning partnerships.
Management and development of European
projects for associations and public organisations.
Development and use of innovative teaching tools.
Use of multimedia communication platforms and
tools, such as the e-twinning portal.
14. All the institutions partners in the project work in the field
of adult education and are involved also in activities
concerning the promotion of the national cultural heritage.
We have experience in this field by we need to open our
horizons and dimension of our activities, bringing inside
our organizations and local communities European values
proper of the Active citizenship, mutual respect and social
inclusion of people at risks of marginalization.
Each partner is specialized in one field of heritage and
thanks to this project our organization will be able to
increase their training offer, thanks to the sharing of best
practices and the 2 international training.
15. All the organizations where previously involved in
projects under Erasmus+ and Europe for Citizens
programs.
The partners where all present during the EuActive
Citizenship project events promoted by the
Municipality of Castiglione del Lago. In this
occasion we meet the responsible of each partner's
organization and we started to think about a project
directed on immigrants and people at risk of social
and cultural marginalization, on the use of heritage
as tools for the training activities.
