Mental health has been in the news quite a bit lately. Dozens of U.S. states are currently suing Meta for contributing to the youth mental health crisis by inserting addictive features into their products, while the U.S. Surgeon General is touring the nation to bring awareness to the growing epidemic of loneliness and isolation. The country has endured periods of low national morale, such as in the 1970s when high inflation and the energy crisis worsened public sentiment following the Vietnam War. The current mood, however, feels different. Gallup recently reported that national mental health is at an all-time low, with few bright spots to lift spirits.
To better understand how Americans are feeling and their attitudes towards mental health in general, ThinkNow conducted a nationally representative quantitative survey of 1,500 respondents and found some interesting differences among ethnic, age and gender groups.
Technology
For example, 52% agree that technology and social media have a negative impact on mental health, but when broken out by race, 61% of Whites felt technology had a negative effect, and only 48% of Hispanics thought it did.
While technology has helped us keep in touch with friends and family in faraway places, it appears to have degraded our ability to connect in person. Staying connected online is a double-edged sword since the same news feed that brings us pictures of the grandkids and fluffy kittens also feeds us news about the wars in Israel and Ukraine, the dysfunction in Washington, the latest mass shooting and the climate crisis.
Hispanics may have a built-in defense against the isolation technology breeds, owing to their large, multigenerational households, strong social support systems, and tendency to use social media to stay connected with relatives abroad.
Age and Gender
When asked how individuals rate their mental health, men rate it higher than women by 11 percentage points, and Baby Boomers rank it highest at 83%, saying it’s good or excellent vs. 57% of Gen Z saying the same.
Gen Z spends the most amount of time on social media, so the notion that social media negatively affects mental health appears to be correlated. Unfortunately, Gen Z is also the generation that’s least comfortable discussing mental health concerns with healthcare professionals. Only 40% of them state they’re comfortable discussing their issues with a professional compared to 60% of Millennials and 65% of Boomers.
Race Affects Attitudes
As seen in previous research conducted by ThinkNow, Asian Americans lag other groups when it comes to awareness of mental health issues. Twenty-four percent of Asian Americans believe that having a mental health issue is a sign of weakness compared to the 16% average for all groups. Asians are also considerably less likely to be aware of mental health services in their communities (42% vs. 55%) and most likely to seek out information on social media (51% vs. 35%).

En una memoria se debe tener una consulta completa sobre el
Personero Estudiantil con sus deberes y/o responsabilidades, funciones, derechos, riesgos y
aportes a la institución.
Contralor con sus deberes y/o responsabilidades, funciones, derechos, riesgos y aportes a la
institución.
Mediador de Conflictos con sus deberes y/o responsabilidades, funciones, derechos, riesgos y
aportes a la institución.
A esta consulta se le deberá ir aplicando las siguientes condiciones.
• Las cuatro márgenes deben de aparecer a 2 cm.
• Aplicar un Encabezado con un nombre creativo referente al tema además con una
imagen que también lo represente.
• Hacer un escrito propio que haga referencia a la consulta y que supere más de 24
renglones y este deberá ir al inicio de la consulta.
• Aplicar cuatro estilos de fuentes diferentes en el documento, una por cada tema estas
serán Agency FB tamaño 13, Book Antiqua tamaño 17, Lucida Console tamaño
14,Verdana tamaño 15.
• Antes del escrito debe de aparecer en la primera línea la palabra Edición nº1 al final de
la línea Pagina 1 con la fuente Bodoni MT Black tamaño 16.
• Consultar que es el gobierno escolar.
• Aplicar letra capital en el escrito personal y en la consulta de gobierno escolar.
• Buscar imágenes que representen cada uno de los temas del trabajo.
Insertar después de la consulta de gobierno escolar una tabla de 4 columnas y 7 filas donde
especifique de manera resumida lo más importante de la consulta de personero, contralor y
mediador de conflictos.
• Consultar como mínimo 8 publicidades diferentes, de empresas negocios y demás.
2. • Por temas aplicar alguno de estos colores Canela fondo 2, oscuro 75%, Negro, texto 1,
claro 25 % , Azul, énfasis 1,oscuro 50 %.
• Realizar una sopa de letras del tema de la primera consulta con 20 palabras y al final
de este debe de aparecer la lista de las palabras y los nombres de los integrantes del
trabajo. Esta sopa de letras ira justo después de la consulta de gobierno escolar.
• Crear dos hojas de variedades donde aparezcan chistes, adivinanzas, historietas del
tema
• El trabajo debe de estar en tamaño oficio.
• Las margenes las ajustan nuevamente los cuatro lados a 1 cm.
• Estando ubicados debajo de Edición 1 dar clic en CTRL + Enter para abrir una nueva
hoja en la parte inicial, allí la primera mitad de la hoja debe de estar a dos columnas e
insertarle dos formas, una se deja por el momento sin información y la segunda debe
decir grupo editorial y el nombre suyo o de su equipo ademas de una imagen y una
frase referente al tema. En la otra mitad debe de estar a una columna y una forma en
la que ira Editorial y hacer una presentación de lo que se ha consultado
anteriormente.

Crear una base de datos con las siguientes condiciones.
• Guardar la base de datos en Access con el nombre tuyo y el grado y grupo.
• Crear tres tablas OBRAS, USUARIO Y PEDIDOS con sus respectivos campos
• Crear las relaciones como lo muestra la figura 11del texto.
• Crear un formulario por cada tabla con las siguientes condiciones
