1. EVALUACIÓN EXCEL NIVEL I – Las canciones más votadas
1. Abre el archivo cancionesvotadas.xls
2. Cambia el nombre a la Hoja 1 por Encuesta
3. Combina el bloque A1:F1 y configura el título centrado, con color de trama negro, fuente Comic
Sans MS, tamaño 22 con color de fuente blanco. Las celdas que contienen los rótulos deben
tener el siguiente formato: fuente Arial, tamaño 11, negrita, centrado, con color de fuente
predeterminado y trama color rojo. Todos los datos correspondientes a la Edad y el Sexo de
las personas encuestadas deben quedar centrados.
4. Ordena la tabla por orden alfabético, teniendo en cuenta el nombre de la canción, y como
segundo criterio, la edad de los encuestados en orden descendente.
5. Da formato a la tabla configurando un ancho de 17 puntos para la primer columna, de 8 puntos
para la segunda y la tercera, y de 11 puntos para las 3 siguientes.
6. En las celdas F4 y F5, según corresponda, cuenta la cantidad de Hombres y Mujeres que
participaron de la encuesta y determina el total, empleando la función SUMA.
7. Aplica al rango A3:C203 bordes: color azul y estilo doble para el contorno y color rojo estilo
simple para el interior. Aplica al rango E4:F6: bordes: color rojo y estilo doble para el contorno y
color azul oscuro estilo simple para el interior.
8. Calcula en la celda B205 el promedio de las edades de los encuestados.
9. Cambia el nombre de la hoja 3 por Resultados.
10. Copia el formato del título de la tabla, desde la hoja Encuesta.
11. Cuenta cuántos encuestados eligieron cada canción.
12. Verifica que la suma de los votos coincida con la cantidad de encuestados. (Utiliza la
función SUMA)
13. Las celdas que contienen los rótulos “Canción votada”, “Cantidad de votos”, “Total” y el
valor total encontrado, deben tener el siguiente formato: fuente Arial, tamaño 11, negrita,
centrado, con color de fuente predeterminado y trama color canela. Todos los datos numéricos
deben quedar en cursiva. Ajusta el texto a la celda y centrar horizontal y verticalmente. Coloca
bordes simples a la tabla principal.
14. Empleando las funciones correspondientes, determina cuántos votos recibió la canción
más votada y cuántos la menos votada. Ajusta el texto a la celda y centra horizontal y
verticalmente.
15. Realiza en la hoja 2 un gráfico de sectores según la figura, en donde se puedan observar
los porcentajes obtenidos por cada canción votada y la leyenda se encuentre en la parte
inferior.
16. Modifica el nombre de la hoja 2 a Gráfico y cámbiala de lugar con la hoja Resultados;
deben quedarte en el siguiente orden: Encuesta-Resultados-Gráfico.
