1. Causas de la Segunda Guerra Mundial
Las causas que llevaron al estallido de la Segunda Guerra Mundial fueron varias en diferentes
planos, y las motivaciones que llevaron a los protagonistas eurpeos y asiaticos tienen causas
en comun y diferencias.
Causas de la Segunda guerra mundial:
Las duras condiciones impuestas a Alemania en el tratado de Versalles al terminar la Primera
Guerra Mundial, Alemania perdio muchos territorios y se vio obligada a pagar año a año
fuertes indemnizaciones.
La crisis economica del año 1929 que llevo al surgimiento de gobiernos fascistas como el
nazismo en Alemania debido a la desesperacion de la gente ante las altas tasas de
desocupacion.
La idea del pangermanismo nazi que pretendia incorporar a Alemania a todos los territorios
con poblacion de origen aleman como ser parte de Polonia, Checoslovaquia y Austria.
El enfrentamiento ideologico de los gobiernos fascistas con los gobiernos comunistas de la
Union Sovietica y con los gobiernos democraticos de Estados Unidos y las metropolis
coloniales en parte democraticas de Europa Occidental
El deseo de los paises del Eje como Alemania, Italia y Japon de obtener nuevos territorios de
los cuales extraer recursos naturales y obtener mercados para bienes industriales, Japon desde
1937 se encontraba en una guerra con China teniendo ocupado gran parte del pais. El
gobierno nazi de Alemania tenia como ideologia el obtener un espacio vital para Alemania
mediante la conquista de nuevos territorios.
La politica de apaciguamiento que permitio que Alemania se rearmara y ocupara Austria y
Checoslovaquia, ya que los paises occidentales veian en una Alemania muy debil una tentacion
de expansion de la Union Sovietica.
El pacto secreto Ribbentrop-Molotov entre Alemania y la Union Sovietica que repartio las
esferas de influencia en la Europa del este y central, lo que permitio a la Union Sovietica
ocupar Estonia, Letonia y Lituania y repartirse Polonia con Alemania, mientras que paises
como Hungria, Rumania y Bulgaria pasaron a la esfera de influencia alemana. Mas adelante
Alemania romperia este pacto y entraria en guerra con la Union Sovietica.
La intervencion exitosa de Italia y Alemania en la Guerra Civil española entre 1936 y 1939, lo
que permitio instalar un gobierno fascista en España. ademas esta guerra sirvio como campo
de pruebas para nuevos armamentos y de entrenamiento para la fuerza aerea alemana.
La ocupacion italiana de Albania y Etiopia sin que la comunidad internacional pudiera hacer
mucho para impedirlo.
2. El embargo comercial que impuso Estados Unidos a Japon que llevo a los japoneses a declarar
la guerra a EEUU para no quedarse privados de suministros vitales como petroleo en su guerra
contra China.
Alemania pudo ocupar Austria en 1938 sin que estallara una guerra, primero una parte de
Checoslovaquia en 1939 con el consentimiento anglo frances y luego todo el pais ese mismo
año violando los acuerdos anteriores. Ante esto Francia y Gran Bretaña pactaron con Polonia
una alianza. Cuando Alemania invadio Polonia en septiembre de 1939, se activo la alianza,
declarando Francia y el Reino Unido la guerra a Alemania, sumando a sus imperios coloniales y
los paises de la Commonwealth britanica. Mientras estos paises se enfrentaban los sovieticos
aprovechando el pacto firmado con los alemanes ocuparon tambien parte de Polonia, los
paises balticos e intentaron invadir Finlandia sin exito. En 1941 los alemanes traicionaron el
pacto con los sovieticos, invadiendo la Union Sovietica. El 7 de diciembre de 1941 los
japoneses atacaron por sorpresa Pearl Harbor, al dia siguiente Alemania le declaro la guerra a
EEUU, de esta manera EEUU y Japon entraron en la guerra.
