Para que Word nos pueda hacer un índice
debemos indicarle qué partes del texto son
títulos y/o subtítulos, y qué partes solo son el
contenido. Una vez sepa esto podrá construir
el índice.

1. Nos ponemos
en la pestaña
inicio
2. Seleccionamos
el título y/o
subtítulo
3. Marcamos aquí
que es un título. Yo
he elegido el
formato “Título 2”.

Situarme en la pestaña inicio.
Seleccionar el título que quiero que
aparezca en el índice.
Marcarlo como título.

6. Formato de los títulos
Mi título ha cambiado de formato. Si
el espaciado o color no me gusta
puedo cambiarlo de la forma
habitual.
Si es un listado habrá perdido el
formato y tendréis que indicarlo de
nuevo.

Selecciono el título
“introducción”, hago clic
en “copiar formato” y
selecciono el título
“marco teórico”.

Hago clic con el cursor en la
parte del documento
donde quiero insertar la
tabla de contenido o índice.
Selecciono la pestaña
“Referencias” y hago clic en
“Tabla de contenido”.

Aquí podéis ver el
resultado. Hemos insertado
la tabla o índice.
Aparece con la palabra
“contenido”, la podemos
borrar y escribir índice en
su lugar.
Para modificar el tipo de
letra y tamaño lo hacemos
de la forma habitual.

Cuando empieces a escribir el documento ten en cuenta
marcar los títulos y te ahorrarás trabajo al final.

Decide el estilo de los títulos cuando crees el documento.
•
Ármate de paciencia, al principio a todos nos cuesta y se
