Sex Trafficking In Nepal: A Review of Problems and Solutionsinventionjournals
Sex trafficking especially women and children is a major issue in South Asia, particularly in Nepal. “It is estimated that about 200,000 Nepali women and children who are trafficked and sold into India, over the period of years, are working as forced prostitutes in brothels in different parts of India” (Datta, 2005, p. 54). Many of these Nepali women and children are sold for the purpose of sexual exploitation and monetary profit. Sex trafficking is a growing concern as it is connected with human right violation and steady spread of HIV/AIDS (Kaufman & Crawford, 2011). Extreme poverty, illiteracy, unemployment, poor law, and open border between India and Nepal are major factors for human trafficking. Due to the devastating earthquake on 25 April and about 400 aftershocks, about 3 million people are victimized. The earthquake victims’ women and children are even more vulnerable for trafficking. Hence, it is vital to understand human trafficking, its form, factors, effects, and motives. The objective of this paper is to make aware intellectuals on the issue of sex trafficking, problems, and possible solutions in Nepal.
Effects of the Entrepreneurial Environment on Tunisian Individuals’ Decision ...inventionjournals
Due to the severe competitiveness in the marketplace, venture creation in big towns, such as SfaxTunisia, has become a serious challenge. Then, considering entrepreneurship as a source of wealth creation, economic growth, social progress, and technological development, the current paper seeks to identify the motivating factors that are triggering new venture creators’ decision to start their businesses. To identify the observed motivations, we developed a questionnaire that we addressed to 86 new entrepreneurs drawing on the theoretical and empirical literature. The application of factor analysis has revealed that business creators’ decision to launch their ventures rests upon three main motivational dimensions: socio-economic conditions, entrepreneurial skills, and financial and non-financial assistance. The study also suggests some recommendations to enhance entrepreneurship in Tunisia.
Study of the Thermal Behavior of the Plaster Reinforced Vegetable Fiberinventionjournals
This study focused on the characterization of a heat insulating material, aims to determine the thermal characteristics of the plaster reinforced with vegetable fibers. It intends to replace the fibers of sisal generally used in practice to strengthen the plaster is replaced by those of the RheckthophyllumCamerunense (RC), a fiber of humid equatorial forests, in applications such as the manufacture of the staff, separating walls of dwellings. The objective of this work is to make a comparative assessment of the thermal diffusivity using a material composed of high porous plaster, non-reinforced and strengthened with the new plant fiber. It also aims to study the influence of the architecture of the RC fibers. The testing of thermal transfer by infrared thermography without contact are conducted on the composite plates. The resolution of the heat equation by finite difference with Matlab program permit the identification of the thermal diffusivity by fitting the theoretical thermogramme representation on the measures curve. The results reveal that the vegetable fibers increase the thermal performance of the plaster; that the RC fibers favor the isolation function better than the fibers of sisal and that their random distribution in the material proved to be more favorable.

Citizen Satisfaction with Police: A Pillar of Law Enforcement Governanceinventionjournals
Increasing use of governance practices in public administration have had broad repercussions in law enforcement and policing. As a result, law enforcement services have witnessed significant changes that shifted police from a bureaucratic, incident driven force to a proactive service oriented organization. Among other governance indicators, citizen satisfaction and confidence in law enforcement services has increasingly been one of the central tenets of the governance structures in the contemporary world. In this new era of policing, enhancing community relations and improving the satisfaction of citizens have become the main objective of police departments. This study first explains the governance approach to law enforcement and policing and then focuses on citizen satisfaction with police. It explores the general determinants of citizen satisfaction, and assesses the impact of police citizen encounters on citizen satisfaction with police. Based on the literature and research studies, this article shows that socio-demographic characteristics, such as age, race, gender, and income independently determine the attitudes toward police. Police contact also has a significant effect on satisfaction level. Favorable contacts with police improve citizens’ satisfaction regardless of the type of contact. Residential location of an individual and physical police presence in the neighborhood also affects attitudes toward police.

Attitudes And Opinions of Parents and Teachers About Autism in Turkeyinventionjournals
Autism is a lifelong developmental disability that affects the way a person communicates and relates to people around them. Bringing up an autistic child is a hard and long journey, but parents have various options and places to turn for help. For example, they can learn and use certain strategies to help communicate with autistic children. Teaching strategies for students with ASD still need to be individualized, and it is fairly important for teachers to realize their expectations of their students. Children with autism often have visualspatial strengths so teachers can modify their instructional strategies several ways by demonstrating and modelling expected skills. The purpose of this study is to explain the attitudes and opinions of parents and teachers about autism in Turkey. The participants of the study consists of 82 subjects, 42 of whom were parents of children with autism and the remaining 40 were teachers of students with autism. This study was carried out several public and private schools in Konya, by means of interviews and regular conversations with teachers and parents of children with autism, over the period from 03.01.2015 until 04.05.2015. In order to obtain the data, three types of survey questionnaires were employed in this research.

Migraine is a chronic nerves system disease leads to considerable disabilities and affected quality of life. Neuro-inflammation play a key role in progression of migraine which mainly caused by release of inflammatory mediators including COX-2 and iNOs enzymes, TNF-α،IL-1β،IL-6 and adhesion molecule such as ICAM and VCAM.Curcumin and omega 3 fatty acids with anti-inflammatory and neuro-protective effects can reduce gene expression and production of inflammatory mediators. The combination of omega-3 and curcumin have also synergistic effects which a lower dose can induce a positive effect. The aim of present study is to determine whether omega 3 fatty acids, curcumin or combined of them as a complement treatment in migraine is helpful and the reduction gene expression and serum levels of inflammatory markers. The study will be conducted involving 80 episodic migraine patients that withstratified randomization method based on sex, gender and body mass index (BMI) are classified into 4 groups: 1) receiving omega 3 fatty acid supplement (1.8 gr/ day) and nano-curcumin supplement (80 mg/ day) 2) receiving omega 3 fatty acid supplement and curcumin placebo 3) receiving curcumin supplement and omega 3 fatty acid placebo 4) receiving omega 3 fatty acid placebo and curcumin placebo for 2 mounts. Blood samples will be collected after anthropometric parameter measuring then target biochemical parameters, gene expression and serum levels oftarget inflammatory mediators including COX-2 and iNOs enzymes, TNF-α،IL-1β،IL-6 and adhesion molecule such as ICAM and VCAM will be measured before and after the trial. The data will be statistically evaluated using the most appropriate tests. The results of current study will determine the efficacy of therapeutic effects of curcumin, omega 3 fatty acids and combined of them as a new insight to control and treatment of migraine.

The benefit and cost ratio in Vanaraja and local breeds recorded as 2.66 and 2.27 respectively in Assam as found by Islam et al (2015).The 21 days old chicks were being supplied to the various SHGs, individual growers etc. They were trained about the minimal management practice, vaccination, feeding etc. To find out the effectiveness of the technology the study was made with an objective to assess the knowledge gained and adoption of the technology alongwith the constraints faced and suggestion for better penetration from the respondents. From the list of practicing farmers of KVK under improved backyard poultry farming, hundred numbers of respondents were selected randomly. From the study it was found that moderate knowledge was gained by the respondents on the improved poultry farming and adoption was satisfactory with 64.0 and 21.0 percentages in medium and high categories respectively. The respondents perceived as the unavailability of structured market structure was the major constraint and mostly suggested for the establishment of assured market system. There is huge scope & perspective in the improved poultry farming in the district. The farmers are very much spirited and enthusiastic to adopt the enterprise in entrepreneurship basis. Although the quality of egg and meat of improved breeds is at par with the local breeds, there is very wide gap in the price of local and exotic breeds. But the traders are manipulating the tribal farmers. In this respect the market system should the strengthened.
Introduction to Big Data and Hadoop using Local Standalone Modeinventionjournals
Big Data is a term defined for data sets that are extreme and complex where traditional data processing applications are inadequate to deal with them. The term Big Data often refers simply to the use of predictive investigation on analytic methods that extract value from data. Big data is generalized as a large data which is a collection of big datasets that cannot be processed using traditional computing techniques. Big data is not purely a data, rather than it is a complete subject involves various tools, techniques and frameworks. Big data can be any structured collection which results incapability of conventional data management methods. Hadoop is a distributed example used to change the large amount of data. This manipulation contains not only storage as well as processing on the data. Hadoop is an open- source software framework for dispersed storage and processing of big data sets on computer clusters built from commodity hardware. HDFS was built to support high throughput, streaming reads and writes of extremely large files. Hadoop Map Reduce is a software framework for easily writing applications which process vast amounts of data. Wordcount example reads text files and counts how often words occur. The input is text files and the result is wordcount file, each line of which contains a word and the count of how often it occurred separated by a tab.

Four students with learning disabilities participated in a supplemental repeated reading intervention in order to increase oral reading fluency (ORF) skills. Teachers implemented the computerized intervention with the students in an inclusive classroom during reading/language arts time. The students engaged with the computerized repeated reading program three times per week for 10 weeks. Teachers administered generalization passages once a week to determine each student’s reading skills on passages that had not been read. Study data revealed mixed results as the students increased their ORF on progress monitoring generalization passages and tended to reach their goals, but only two of the four students showed a positive level change on the computerized repeated reading intervention passages. Implications, limitations, and future research are discussed.
