Este documento describe los diferentes tipos de viviendas y sus partes. Detalla las viviendas unifamiliares y plurifamiliares, incluyendo subtipos como viviendas aisladas, pareadas, adosadas, apartamentos, estudios y dúplex. 4. Tipos de viviendas
Las viviendas unifamiliares. Son edificaciones en las que vive
una sola familia.

5. Las viviendas plurifamiliares.
Son edificaciones en las que viven varias familias.

6. Subtipos de viviendas
Dentro de las viviendas unifamiliares, podemos distinguir los siguientes tipos:
Vivienda aislada.
Es una vivienda unifamiliar que es independiente y que no linda con otras
viviendas. Generalmente tienen algo de terreno alrededor.
Vivienda pareada.
Aunque desde fuera parece una sola vivienda en realidad son dos.
Vivienda adosada.
Suelen ser hileras de viviendas que comparten elementos comunes como
jardines, piscina o garaje.
Por lo general, se habla de chalet o bungaló aislado, pareado o adosado.

7. Subtipos de viviendas
Entre las viviendas plurifamiliares también existen diversos subtipos como, por
ejemplo, los siguientes:
Apartamento.
Suelen ser viviendas con una sola habitación, aunque independiente del resto de la
casa.
Estudio.
En un estudio la cocina, el salón y el dormitorio están en la misma estancia y pueden
ser de diversos tamaños, aunque lo habitual es que sean viviendas pequeñas.
Dúplex.
Se trata de viviendas que tienen dos plantas comunicadas por una escalera.

8. Subtipos de viviendas
Áticos
Son los últimos pisos de los edificios y se destacan por tener un privilegio que muchos
queremos: tener terraza.
Pisos.
Se trata de viviendas que suelen tener más de un dormitorio en edificios con zonas o
servicios comunes.
Bajos con jardín.
Son pisos situados en las plantas bajas de los edificios que tienen un jardín de uso privado.
