Although experiences are subjective, women that have later abortions tend to feel more pain and
distress following the procedure and so early abortion on a personal level, is preferred (British
Pregnancy Advisory Service 2010). Delays caused by the complexity of regulation can therefore, not

Overview of identified studies
A total of 499 potentially relevant citations were identified through the search strategy on electronic
data bases with other reference sources and information provided by relevant experts (Figure 2). 132
articles were collected as full text for quality assessment and inclusion. From the overall pool of full
text papers, a total of 20 articles (n = 2450), received the minimum quality assessment score and met
the inclusion criteria (Table 2,3,4). Of the 20 studies included, 4 studies (n = 740) evaluated the effect
of dietary habits and food intake on semen parameters and quality [2, 25, 27, 33], 4 studies (n = 232)
evaluated the effect of carnitine consumption on sperm parameters and quality [39 42], 3 studies (n =
148) investigated the effect of Selenium on sperm parameters [43 45], 2 studies (n = 481) evaluated
the effect of Coenzyme Q10 on sperm quality and parameters [46, 47] and each of the remaining
articles investigated the effect of saffron, soy based foods, vitamin C, clomiphene citrate, omega 3
poly unsaturated fatty acids, beta carotene and ubiquinol on sperm parameters [48 54]. The 20 articles

Selling our water will be beneficial to Canadians because it will create new jobs and help out the
economy, we could have Canada trade its water for other natural resources instead of just selling it.
With Canada having 20% of the world s fresh water and 9% of the world s renewable fresh water
means that we will have enough to sell and trade with other countries and to keep for our own.
Canadians waste a lot of water mainly by flushing the toilet takes up 30% of the water, bathing 35%,
20% drinking and 10% cooking. Canadians could easily cut down on water by enforcing laws to
making water more expensive or even cutting down the time they use the water. Around the world 1.4
Billion people are lacking clean drinking water with Canada s population being just around 35 million.
Each year seven million from all around the world die year from diseases linked to unsanitary water
and the problem is getting worse each year.
Other countries that are in need of water will come after Canada first because Canadians have a lot of
water with low population making it an easy target for them to attack for water.

When democracy was ushered in after the fall of the apartheid regime, the nation went through radical
change. Not only was the stalwart Nationalist Party replaced by the liberation leaders of the African
National Congress, but the citizens of South Africa also had to replace their apartheid era thinking
with that of a newly liberated and enlightened mind. Issues of national importance suddenly affected
everyone the movement from apartheid rule to democracy brought about a new set of national values
that were based on the protection of and respect for all citizens of South Africa. When it came to
debates around the decriminalization of sex work, the discourse changed completely from the
apartheid to the post apartheid era. Arguments in favor of decriminalizing sex work during apartheid
were mainly based on issues of public health and the benefits of increased leniency; arguments in the
post apartheid era were heavily influenced by the new constitution and its accompanying Bill of
Rights, and thus these debates were centered on attempting to advance the process of democracy by
affording sex workers their basic human rights. This paper will attempt to decipher the ways in which
the debates around the decriminalization of sex work evolved during this time period, and how the
racial relations between South Africans at the time played an important role in defining these

Reflective Clinical Portfolio Over the last year I have been a nurse intern at MetroHealth on the
Medical Intensive Care Unit; I started with them in the old unit and have transitioned with them to the
new unit in the Critical Care Pavilion (CCP). The old unit has thirteen rooms and was in the shape of a
circle with a central nursing station so you could have visibility to all patient rooms. The new unit,
which has a total of forty eight rooms, half for the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) and half for
Critical Care Step down; consists of long spread out halls with no central nursing station. For my
Collaborative clinical I am working on the Step down side of the new CCP; I have the unique
experience of seeing and working with two nursing units that once were separated by five floor and
are now sharing one floor and ancillary staff. This paper will address the barriers of transitioning to an
isolated nursing unit and my clinical experiences at MetroHealth s Critical Care Step Down unit. The
four topics that will bed discussed include working climates, nursing care delivery model, staffing,
and leadership style. Working Climates MetroHealth is known as the Cleveland s non profit
community hospital; they are a Level I trauma center and recognized for being the Cleveland s

Eunson s expanded model of communication is more complex than Foulger s as well as Shannon and
Weaver s models, though it is more appropriate to this conversation had between George and Mark
due to the fact it shows that in order for the communication to happen the sender must pre edit and
then encode the message pass the message onto the receiver where he decodes and edits the message.
Eunson also takes into account the use of mechanical, behavioural and semantic factors of encoding,
and understands that if the message is to be understood the receiver must be able to decode the
message. This is particularly relevant, and highly important to this conversation between George and
Mark due to the factors mentioned before.

Conclusion
I have found Shannon and Weavers transactional model too simple and cannot evaluate the
complexities of this situation, and that Foulger s model too broad and not able to focus on the
problems that need to be addressed.
Therefore, I believe that Eunson s expanded model of communication is the most adequate to use out
of the three models that were written about because Eunson s model has shown how a message from

King Henry the V, a strong young man who has shown to be a natural leader as he time and time again
captures the hearts of people by his moving speeches. There is no denying that Henry the V is an
interesting character, both fear and loved by the people around him. As much as he can be admirable
leader clearly there are some very strange aspects about his character. When reading through the play
one tends to wonder who King Henry really is. As he enters in different scenarios and interacts with
different people we see a dramatic shift in his personality. Though on one hand it is not a bad thing,
perhaps he understands what type of people want in different situation and he seems to mold his
personality accordingly. On the other hand, however, one can look at this as an act of deceit even
