2. Identification of pre disaster Camp sites through out the province
3. Sufficient stock piles maintained in HRF & District Level

6. Timely deputing of PDMA Officers at District level
7. Intime mobilization of resources through framework agreement with various vendors

Weakness Observed
1. Difficulties in arrangement of Dry Ration due to insufficient stock at utility stores.
2. Lack of volunteers at Districts/PDMA level.
3. Mobility issue due to non availability of specialized vehicles.
4. Non availability of advanced hydro metrological stations.

Current State/Status of Flood Fighting Equipment's to be Handed Over to Arm Forces.
Flood fighting equipment demanded by PAK Army have been handed over as per their demand time to time.
The items including the following;
• Boats with OBM’s (24)
• De-Watering Pump (06) One Cusec capacity
• Life saving jacket (803)
• Life rings (103)
• Boat paddle (1119)
• Buoys (108)
• Ropes

Landslide and Management of Tourist and GLOF Events
• Mapping of the area vulnerable to land sliding (Link)
• Advisories issued to Tourism Department and other relevant department for better tourist management. (Link)
• PDMA Khyber Pakhtunkhwa implementing GLOF-II Project in 08 valleys to minimize the risks associated with GLOF events.
