o An added up extra effort to regular sales.
o Why wouldn’t someone take a chance to
Widen their range of reach.
o Reaching wider range of audience.
― in terms of Geography.
― in terms of profession.
― in terms of age. And so on…
o Walk along with the trend.

o Research and Develop action plan to
Reduce
― Gap between listeners expectations
― Typical ABC Radio Broadcast.
o Through Survey, Competition and so on.
o Increase # of promotional activity where
listener can actively participate.
