According to the surgery with bacteria or sterile degree, can be divided into the following
five categories：
1. Category One: Sterile purification operating room for brain,
heart and organ transplantation surgery.
2. Category Two: Sterile operating room for Splenectomy,
closed fractures open reduction, intraocular surgery, thyroid
surgery.
3. Category three: bacteria surgery room for stomach, gall
bladder, kidney, lung, liver operation etc.
4. Category four: the infection of surgery for
Perforated appendicitis peritonitis surgery, tuberculous
abscess, abscess incision drainage surgery.
5. Category five: Special infection operation room for
Pseudomonas aeruginosa, gas gangrene, tetanus bacillus
