The following presentation was given at the 2009 Cool Twitter Conference in Brooklyn (October 20th). Tara L. Conley discusses building community and engaging in conversations in 'Twitter Society' as a means to promote and disseminate ideas. She introduces the term 'snew media' to describe a space where social media and new media intersect. Tara L. Conley is a writer, blogger, and snew media consultant in New York City.
