Personal challenges One thing to focus on for self-improvement would be my desire to take on many tasks at one time. I strive to be a part of a lot of projects and teams. I need to step back once in a while and realize I cannot sacrifice quality for quantity.
Family-woman Besides wanting a career I can love going to every day, most importantly I want a family I love going home to. I desire to have a good balance between career life and my future husband and children. I hope to work for a firm that understands family is just as important to a person as their career success.
