Redeveloping Roehampton: The model above is how the current area looks. We believe the area can be considerably enhanced, and a great deal of extra accommodation, shopping, employment opportunities and other uses be provided, without resorting to large, unsightly, high-rise blocks. The new development would not only improve the range and standard of local services and amenities and but also soften and enhance the urban environment creating a new, vibrant, heart for Roehampton.

Students are put into groups using prior knowledge to assume a role such as: ,[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],Design and construction Local community Planning and LA
They are to consider the initial planning proposals. They will review and explore further the responses from the local community. In role, they will embark on a community planning debate on the future of Danebury Avenue.
