I'm aquaculture (in field) researcher, we produce Tambacú (Cachamoto) fresh meat, also start to produce smoked fish and kamaboko under Ishikawa guidelines. We survey on amazon river native shrimp and about how to conserv and use the populations of Anodontites. Also I'm Limnology and aquaculture advisor/consultant in all the fields.
