----ORDER
WHEREAS, on July 31, 2015, the defendant Alejandro Burzaco was arraigned on the
indictment in this case and ordered released by the Honorable Vera M. Scanlon pursuant to a
$20,000,000 appearance bond and other conditions ofrelease; and
WHEREAS, on November 16, 2015, at the proceedings before the Honorable Robert M.
Levy for Mr. Burzaco's change of plea to guilty to certain offenses in this case, and upon the
consent of the Government, this Court granted Mr. Burzaco's request for modification to the
conditions of his release to remove 24-hour security and allow Mr. Burzaco to travel within the
Southern and Eastern Districts of New York; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Honorable Raymond J. Dearie's order on November 23,
2015, Mr. Burzaco is obligated to forfeit the sum of$21,694,408.49; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Burzaco is in the process of selling shares in Torneos y Competencias,
S.A. (the "Shares");
UPON FURTHER APPLICATION OF THE DEFENDANT AND WITHOUT
OBJECTION FROM THE GOVERNMENT, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: (i) Mr.
Burzaco's conditions of release are modified to release the Shares once $10,000,000 of the sale

2. proceeds are posted with the Clerk of the Court, which would secure Mr. Burzaco's bond in lieu
of the shares, and (ii) once $10,000,000 is deposited with the Clerk of the Court, $3,300,000 in
cash currently securing the bond shall be released to Mr. Burzaco to cover legal fees and living
expenses, and (iii) Mr. Burzaco, with notice to Pretrial Services, is permitted to travel to New
Jersey and Connecticut.
