Xoodax terms and conditions
1. We like to keep it simple; the following points cover our general T&Cs. By
ordering products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms &
Conditions:
General:
1. You must be at least 16 years of age in order to make a purchase on our
site.
2. Our vouchers are non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
3. You authorize us to use, store, share & process information in order to provide
a service to you; this information may be utilized to send you invoices and
other communications (*we don’t hold financially sensitive information like
credit card / bank accounts on our servers).
4. The company reserves the right to cancel, change and/or refund all
purchases made on the website; any decision made by the company in this
regard is considered final and binding.
5. Replacement and/or extension of expired voucher is not permitted.
6. All bookings and/or reservations are subject to availability.
7. Splitting of bills is not allowed unless stated otherwise.
8. Vouchers cannot be used in combination with other offers.

specific conditions listed (in case of any conflicting terms, the company’s
decision is considered final).
Products and Delivery:
1. Delivery is applicable to addresses globally and NOT P.O. boxes.
2. Unless otherwise stated, items will be delivered within 7 - 14 days after
purchase for UK.
3. Xoodax cannot be held liable for delivery delays caused by 3rd party
vendors / unforeseen circumstances.
4. Items bought in a single cart may be shipped separately.
5. Delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been placed.
6. Warranty (if mentioned and applicable)
o Xoodax warranty only covers manufacturing defects within 7 days from
redemption date (*to claim warranty, customers are required to return
the item at our Redemption Centre - 2 Kallang Avenue, CT Hub, #03-01,
Singapore 339407; together with the original packaging and contents).
o Ensogo warranty excludes fashion and beauty products due to health
and hygiene reasons
o Depending on the products, warranty will be given in the form of a 1-to-
1 exchange or refund.
7. Products listed by Sellers and other third parties will be indicated in the”
redemption method” as (Fulfilled by “sellername”) and under “How to
redeem” tab
o Description of the products advertised on the site are provided by the
Seller or other referenced third parties
o Ensogo is not responsible for claims associated with the description of the
product
o Seller is solely responsible for the quality of the products being provided;
for enquiries, please contact merchant directly
o Products listed by Sellers are not eligible for discount code or other site
wide promotion.
Travel:
1. Unless otherwise stated, all travel deals exclude personal insurance, taxes
and surcharges, visa charges, tour guide and/or driver tipping as well as
other miscellaneous expenses.

3. 2. For travel deals including flights, surcharges may apply during peak periods
such as weekends, school holidays, eve of public holidays and public
holidays.
3. Unless otherwise stated all hotel rooms are based on twin-sharing.
4. It is the customers' responsibility to ensure that necessary permits and travel
documents are valid. The company and its merchant partners, affiliates will
not be liable for any consequences arising out of customers not fulfilling the
aforementioned requirements.
5. Terms & conditions are subject to change in circumstances that are beyond
the company’s control; this may include natural disasters, acts of god, civil
unrest, and unexpected business closure among others.
6. All travel deals are contracted under DEAL Travel Pte. Ltd. (License No.
02387).
7. The company and/or its subsidiary will not be responsible for any payment,
surcharge or arrangement made with the merchant directly.
Luxury/D’Luxe
1. All sales are final - after purchase, all vouchers are non-refundable and non-
exchangeable.
2. Your product will be ready for collection, 15 working days after the date of
your purchase.
3. Customers are responsible to check their product upon redemption for any
manufacturer defects.
4. Refunds are only provided in case of manufacturer defects.
5. Strictly no refunds are allowed for reasons including but not limited to
disliking color, shape, packaging, feel and material; products are sold on an
as-is basis.
6. Strictly no refund or exchange is allowed once customers leave the
redemption center with the item.

4. You would be able to purchase the DEAL before the timer runs out. To
purchase, simply click on the 'Buy!' button and select the desired option. You
will then be directed to the 'Checkout' page where you can make your
payment.
Immediately after your purchase you will receive an email from us with your
electronic voucher (in pdf file). You can then print that voucher out for
redemption at the merchant. Since we aggregate a large number of buyers
for each merchant, we are able to pass on these kinds of discounts to our
customers.
Does DEAL.com.sg accept payment by major credit cards/debit cards?
Yes. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. These include (but are
not limited to) Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Diners' Club.
Where do I locate my DEAL voucher?
DEAL vouchers are sent to your email after your purchase. You can print your
voucher by accessing your email inbox (or check your spam folder).
Alternatively, you can log into your account at DEAL.com.sg and click on
“Purchase History” in “My Account” to retrieve your voucher.
A deal T&C says "Limited to 1 voucher redemption per person" and "Multiple
purchases of vouchers as gifts allowed". Can I buy some deals as gifts for
myself and use more than one?
No. If the T&C states as such, you can only redeem one voucher for yourself. If
you have purchased more than one, they have to be given to other people.
You can give the e-vouchers as gifts to other people but the voucher must be
transferable.
I’m below 18 years old. Can I use my parent’s credit card to buy a voucher that
sells alcohol?
No, deals involving the sale of alcohol are only valid for customers aged 18
years & above.

5. Will I be able to get my preferred travelling date/flight/hotel when I buy a travel
deal?
Bookings are on a first come first served basis. In the event that your
preferences are not available during booking, you may choose to top up the
difference for an alternative date of travel/flight/hotel (as advised by the
merchant).
What happens if a natural disaster occurred at my intended travel destination?
Merchant reserves the right to amend flight/itinerary/hotel reservations in the
event of unforeseen circumstances such as civil unrest, natural disaster, etc.
I bought a travel deal and have sent an email for redemption, why is my
booking not confirmed yet?
Your booking will only be confirmed after you have made the balance
payment to all the additional charges.
What does the icon “Immediate Redemption” on some deals mean?
It means that you can use the voucher immediately after purchase. For
example, if you buy a voucher for a restaurant which says "Immediate
Redemption", you can immediately visit the restaurant and use the voucher. If
you buy a voucher for a product which says "Immediate Redemption" you can
go immediately to the product merchant and collect your product.
However,
Just like when you normally walk in to a restaurant it might be that all tables
are currently occupied and you have to wait until a table gets free. This is
dependent on the time/day you visit the restaurant. To make sure, always
arrange for a reservation for busy restaurant timings before you visit.
For our existing customers:
1) What happens to my existing DEAL points?
We regret to inform you that we no longer have this feature on our new
platform. Your existing DEAL points will be automatically changed to Ensogo
Credits for you to utilise. These Credits can be viewed in your Ensogo account.

2) What happens to my existing DEAL credits?
Your DEAL credits will now be known as Ensogo credits. You can still viewed
these credits in your Ensogo account.
