We VFA is Japanese IT company in Ho Chi Minh City.

PPQA will make several alerts to PJ side in advance
before issue will be big issue.
1)Our staff has a lots of tickets and he does not update ticket status.
->It will be that he is on overloading.
2)The number of Bug for testing phase is lower than PPQA estimated.
->It will be many bugs will be found before release.

13. About Providing of “Redmine Patrol”
“Redmine Patrol” service will be provided by Free,
when client will order Development PJ to VFA.
We will report Analysis report by Redmine Patrol
to client in once a week.
Please be noted that
*”Redmine Patrol” will be provided only for the PJ to proceed by our Redmine.
*”Redmine Patrol” will not be provided for the PJ to use Client’s Redmine
