data? What are the institutional / legal / policy boundaries of placing
parliamentary data in the cloud?

lock-in. What is myth? What is practical?
- How can parliaments keep some control over the use of Big Data data
mining privacy and ownership?
- Can parliaments generate the knowledge necessary for law-making-

- share information about the various publications and research
products produced by LRA services, as well as the dissemination/marketing of

follow up the discussions from the seminar in Budapest in autumn 2015.

publications and research products.
- give an insight in the working methods used by for example
journalists, to see if such methods can also be applied in the work of LRA
services.

O Facebook está no mesmo campeonato da TV.
Conseguimos oferecer aos anunciantes uma
maior abrangência, superior a um canal de
televisão. Quem está a ver TV, só está a ver um
canal. Mas pode estar-se a ver um dos canais (
RTP, SIC,TVI.etc) e estar também no Facebook
ao mesmo tempo. Depois, temos ferramentas
espectaculares de segmentação, seja por sexo,
idade, localização, actividade, comportamento,
interesse, etc. E podemos até segmentar para
dados dos próprios clientes.
