The Atlas of Digital Humanities and Social Science is a database created by GrinUGR and MapaHD to provide visibility to researchers, projects, centers, and resources working in digital humanities and social sciences in Spanish, Portuguese, and other Latin languages. It is supported by GrinUGR infrastructure and uses maps developed by SI2 Soluciones to show connections between cases. Researchers, projects, and networks can self-identify as being part of digital humanities and social sciences. Data is collected through questionnaires, Twitter profiles, and social media.

2. Objective of the Atlas
• The Atlas of Digital Humanities and Social
Science is intended to give visibility to the
community (including researchers, projects,
centers, resources) working on Digital
Humanities and Social Sciences in Spanish,
Portuguese and other Latin languages.

3. Who is behind?
• The database is the result of joining efforts
made by GrinUGR (http://grinugr.org/) and
MapaHD (http://mapahd.org/).
• The Atlas is supported by the infrastructure of
GrinUGR, a project funded by CEI-BioTic
Granada (http://biotic.ugr.es/).
• Maps visualisations are developed by SI2
Soluciones (http://si2.info/).
