2. Soft Grunge Radio is:
A specialist alternative radio station that is aimed at 14 - 30 year old's both
male and female.
We are a station that plays music mainly in the Rock/Metal genre.
Varies between acoustic and heavy from bands such as City and Colour to
Woe is me.
We hold competitions to win gig tickets, albums, posters, festival
tickets, meeting a musician/band.
We have young presenters to enforce a youthful and energetic feel to the
station and to relate to our target audience more.

the alternative style genres. Mainly using heavy rock/metal but also softer
alternative artists to spread our genre range.

As their station is listened to audiences in the same area and
target age.
Radio 1 –
As their target listeners are of the same age, slightly similar
playlists and already a very large station.
