Sam Rubin proposes establishing a nonprofit junior lacrosse team at E.T. Booth Middle School called the "Junior Eagles". The team would practice 2-3 nights a week at the school stadium and fields. Sam has experience playing lacrosse since 7th grade and being captain of his high school team. He outlines the steps to get the program started including creating flyers, checking insurance and liability, and finding facilitators to help coach and organize. The goal is to start building a foundation for a successful lacrosse program that feeds into the high school team and helps develop the players.
