3. Angiosperms, Gymnosperms,
Ferns and Mosses.
 Angiosperms produce fruits and flowers with
seeds inside. Examples: roses, banana tree…
 Gymnosperms have small flowers and don’t
producee fruits and seeds produce cones.
 Ferms have produce spores.
 Mosses have produce capsules and spores
inside capsules.

4. Parts of plants
ROOTS:
The roots hold the plant in the ground. Absorb water and
minerals needed for nutrition of the roots hairs.
STEM:
The stem holds up the other partas of plant it transport water
and minerals from the leaves for photosynthesis.
LEAVES:
Leaves contain chlorophyll.Veins support the leaf and carry
warer and minerals of the stomata.The gas in the leaf takes
place for stomata.

5. Nutrition
1.-The roots absorb water and minerals from
the soil.
2.- Xylem cells transport this mixture water and
minerals through the stem to the leaves
3.- Leaves absorb carbon dioxide their stomata.
4.- Pholem cells carry the glucose the plants
food to the parts of plants.
