2. About the CM / Organization
Atchuta Rao, has spent first 20 years of his life in a small village
in Khammam District of AP. I am self-made man and has
educated himself to earn a diploma in Engineering. He supported
his mother, brother & sister, from the age of 8 , when he used to
sell idlis made by his mother, from 6-9 am, then carry lemons to
school to sell to his friends and teachers in lunch break and later
in the evening , he would sell ice cream in front of village temple
About ESTAH
Estah society was established in the year 2009 with the vision to
support rural villages and empower farmers. Estah Society
has focused on various functions like ; FPO, Eco tourism, trading
company, vocational training for youth. But the major focus has
been on the agricultural multi-crop model for farmers to increase
productivity, enable famers through training, kitchen garden for
rural area. Terrace garden for semi urban area, Soil fertilization.
Till now 8 famer families in 6 villages have become part of this
initiative.
5. Vision and Focus
Empower farmers and farmer families in the rural villages.
Model farms are set up at Krishnagiri and Chikbalapur
(dist). Another 200 acres planned in Chittor , Mandya and
Khammam.
To create leaders (social entrepreneurs) contributing to
social impact through vocational training
Generate livelihood by creating social and or profit making
enterprises like live stock for rural villages

17. Impact on society through this project- After doing pilot with
individual farmers we have started nodal farm in Telangana
Nalgonda, starting community farmers had lost produce and after
getting the produce they were not getting right price, with our centre
we have trained people surrounding villages on multi crop and
understood their livelihoods mapping and we have sponsored
around 30 families long term plants and Livestock and created
employment for few families. We have started cooperatives for
sharing their wealth and labour, Improved their health,
Livelihood which is important for culture and community living.

with all stake holders using the student volunteers and research
