Transfer Pricing. Deep Knowledge of Taxation in field of Income Tax, Wealth Tax, Corporation Tax,

Sanjay Bhattacharya Having more the 25 year of experience in SME sector VC/PE Fund raise and
M&A transactions. INDUS has completed and advised on transactions in a wide spectrum from
Fertilizer to bid-advisory for acquisition of GSM & enterprise-communication assets whilst
traversing through Packaged Food, Print Publication and a host of unrelated sectors. He has
worked with Frontline Strategies, an India-focused PE fund, WorldTel India, Tata Teleservices, Nokia
