Un trabajador sufrió un corte en el dedo medio de la mano derecha mientras ayudaba a asegurar un rollo de geonet sobre una plataforma. El trabajador colocó un listón de madera para sujetar el geonet, pero cuando el operador de montacarga aplicó presión sobre el listón, atrapó la mano del trabajador contra la estructura de la plataforma, causando la lesión. El evento ocurrió en el almacén San José 2 y el trabajador lesionado fue llevado al centro médico del sitio

On the process to secure a geonet roll over a platform, Mr. Nelson Alvarez placed a wood sleeper on the
side of the geonet, when the forklift put pressure over the sleeper, Mr. Alvarez’s hand got trapped against
the platform structure, as a result he got a cut on the middle finger of the right hand
Al momento de asegurar un rollo de geonet sobre un camion plataforma, se utiliza un liston de madera con
la ayuda del personal para asi colocar los parantes metalicos. El señor Nelson Alvarez sostiene un liston
de madera y con la uña del montacarga se aplica presion sobre el liston, aprisionando el liston con la base
de la plataforma ocasionando al trabajador un corte en el dedo medio de la mano derecha
