Consumo e Internet Del estudio sobre el papel de las nuevas  tecnologías en el perfil de compra de la persona Consumidora  (II Parte)
¿Qué es Consumo Responde? Es un servicio multicanal de la Consejería de Salud en colaboración con las asociaciones de consumidores más representativas de Andalucía: Facua, Al-Andalus y UCA-UCE. ¿Por qué el estudio? Los objetivos del estudio pasan por delimitar los rasgos principales del uso que hace la población andaluza de las TIC en el ámbito del consumo; identificar las posibles relaciones entre el uso de las TIC en el consumo y los perfiles de consumo offline; explorar las opiniones y actitudes de los usuarios sobre la protección del consumidor en el ámbito del comercio electrónico, y examinar las dificultades objetivas y subjetivas de la población andaluza para la adopción de las TIC en el ámbito del consumo.

Tipos de usuarios de Internet www.consumoresponde.es www.zonadeaccion.es @c onsumoresponde face book.com/consumoresponde Usuarios básicos : 39,9% de los usuarios 45,8% navega diariamente y se centra en el uso del mail y consulta de información especializada No usan ni chats ni foros. Usuarios intensivos : 30,% de los internautas andaluces. 95,9% se conecta diariamente y realizan 9,15 de las 10 actividades sobre las que pregunta el estudio. Compran online, consultan foros y son en un 86,5% usuarios de redes sociales Usuarios relacionales:  un 29,9%. Son usuarios intensivos que hacen uso intenso de chats y redes sociales pero no compran por internet.
