Tier1 liaison to Samsung with roles requiring project research and analysis of all national regions/markets to identify gaps
and provide projected resolutions to client. Extended activities included assisting client P6 team with resolution of data
inconsistencies and Tier 1 vendor assignments. Role required collaboration with Samsung Acceptance teams to validate
milestone actualizations and forecasts. PM functions entailed daily and weekly tracking, reporting, and forecasting of
milestone deliverables to the client IRC manager and teams.

Recruited to coordinate migration and commissioning projects simultaneously and oversee scheduling of alarm clearing and
ATPing of all migrated sites. Manage regional project for development of database processes, KPIs, and vendor pay points.

field staff and quality of work by shadowing direct reports at all construction sites. Manage day-to-day field operations
