Laurie worked for the Lee Memorial Health System from 1995 until 199g.
The Health System is composed of tkee acute care hospitals totaling 94g
beds, two Home Health Agencies, a Rehabilitation Hospital, a skill; nursing
facility, Physician practices. and several outpatient facifities.
In her position with Home Health, Laurie made visits to patient,s homes for
assessment of their nutritional status, formulation of dietary guidelines to
meet their needs, and teaching. She also worked closely with our staffand
Physicians to assure that they had access to current nutritional information
pertinent to their patient population.
Laurie is a diligent worker and a creative self-starter who takes initiative in
fulfilling her job functions.
