PolarizationSolutions. Infact, Lerrywas one of ourmost importanthiresanda critical part of our
companyleadership. Hisroles includedP&Lresponsibilityof FacilityMaintenance andProduction
Equipmentworkcenters,oversightonoperationsforfacilityandproductionequipment,central utilities
responsibilitiesforthe facilityincludingourClass100-1000 cleanroom, ITinfrastructure management,
and vendorrelationships. Lerry’ssupplychainresponsibilitiesincludedprocurement,logistics,and
sourcingof supplierstomaintaincostandvalue. Additionally, Lerrywas ourenvironmental healthand
safetyleader,wherehe enabledasafe,productive,andinformedenvironmentforourteam.
Lerry’sresponsibilitieshave grownoverthe yearsashe has shown excellenceacrossthe boardinterms
of bothproductivityandhighvalues. He excelsincommunication,partnershipandteambuilding,
versatility,andworkingindynamicandinnovative environments. Lerryexudespositivity,authenticity,
and respectforhiscolleagues. Ihave alwaysnotedhisdrive,persistence, andinitiativetoachieve
companygoals. These capabilitiesallowedLerrytoaccomplisha greatdeal includingContinuous
Improvement/LeanManufacturing whichincreasedprocesscapacityby 20% and greatlyreduced
electrical demandandusage through efficientmanagementand capital expenseprojects. He also
implementedanewdocument control systemandpreventativemaintenance programs.
