I´m a physician with a master in Neuroscience and Epidemiological Research. Born in Ica one of the Department (states) of Peru, I studied in the school of medicine at The University San Luis Gonzaga de Ica. In 2001 I started my rural service in Tumbes in Northern Coastal of Peru and border with Ecuador, working for three years for Regional directorate of health of this city.
