Benefits and Annuities based product to new clients and providingmaintenanceand supportto existingclients.The
combined budgeted valueof my two major clientprojects was around $20 million.I ha d a regular staff of 14 directreports
(Dev and QA combined). At maximum peak for UAT phases,I had up to 22 direct reports. V3 is an ERP system based on Java
J2EE, GWT and Sencha frameworks – Front-end GUI with Tapestry, Middlewarewith Springand Hibernate; OracleDatabase
as the backend. V3 is heavily database-centric.Several ETL processes (OraclePL/SQL and Java based) areembedded for
inbound and outbound data feeds to interfacewith the clients’partners – for their external processingrequirements e.g.
Payroll,Claims and Disbursements.Reports and documents are done usingJasper/JRXML. We used Atlassian JIRAfor
workflow management and delivery planning;and Atlassian Bamboo for build deployments, troubleshootingand
monitoringapplication activity.
