Students Counseling Management System
ABSTRACT
INTRODUCTION:
The Students Counseling Management System is developed to enhance
counseling. This will be great relief to the management. The management which
maintains all the details about the student for counseling in manually, which makes them
confuse. This software will be great relief to the COUNSELLOR SESSION
MANAGEMENT for Creating, Editing and searching the information about students.
This software gives an overview of the entire students details interval time
and will be also great help to management to manage in the whole counseling procedure
by their paper work and reducing their time.
EXISTING SYSTEM:
Present system or Existing system of “Students Counseling Management
System” working manually. Therefore all types works are maintain in papers. So
maintain all the counseling procedure very difficult. For counseling students the
management should verify all the details of that student by gathering all his previous
records. Therefore to maintain all the information of student is very difficult and waste of
time.
Limitations of the Existing System:
 It is a time consuming process.
 Proper arrangements should be made before and after the examination -
which is both money spending and time consuming.
 As the number of student’s increases counseling process becomes more and
more difficult.
 Not globally maintain the information.
 Furthermore, manual evaluation is prone to errors.
PROPOSED SYSTEM:

In proposed system at first reduce the problem, which is faced in Existing
System. So In the proposed system, “Students Counseling Management System” will
provide the facility for maintaining all the students details in one application. This system
maintains any number of student’s details which can update any number of times.
Features of the Proposed System:
 The proposed system will save significant amount of time and effort
invested by the management every year.
 Centralized maintain all information.
 It helps the management to dynamically add records to the database.
 Easy to Searching the information about students.
 Easy to managing whole counseling procedure
