This presentation introduces the template of the Tic-Tac-Toe (3x3) Business Model Storyboard for visualizing, documenting, and managing business models. The 3x3 Business Model Storyboard has three distinct features:
1) Three Storypanels that describe the 3 main jobs-to-be-done of a business model: Value Creation, Value Delivery, and Value Sharing (Profit).
2) A simple-to-understand and use 3x3 grid of storycards that comprehensively describe the structure and dynamics of a business model.
Note that each column of 3 storycards belongs to a storypanel.
3) The template of the 3x3 Business Model Storyboard can be used to rapidly and iteratively discover, solve, and manage customer problems.
