Participating IT Product and BFSI - Offshore companies hire entry level talent from Tier A+ campuses
for high-end technology roles.
Participating IT Product companies not only pay significantly higher salaries for IT roles at entry
level, but also for functional roles like HR, Sales/Marketing & Operations over other industry verticals.
Participating companies pay similar salaries to Engineering and Management post graduates across
each tier of college.
