A bakery is an establishment that produces and
sells flour-based food baked in an oven such
as bread, cakes, pastries, and pies. Some retail bakeries
are also cafés, serving coffee and tea to customers who
wish to consume the baked goods on the premises.
7. Advantage of Bakery
There are many types of bakery but all of them
mostly made from flour, sugar , butter ,milk , egg
and so on. All of those stuffs give many nutrients
for consumers. Flour and sugar give carbohydrate
which is gives an energy for the body. Egg and milk
give protein which produce tissue. Butter gives fat
which protein is produce lubrication and the skin
be fresh. For health lover, the best stuff is cereal
and nowadays people have more trick to make
more tasty. So we will have a good taste and also
have a good health .
8. Disadvantage of Bakery
-Bread doesn’t provide much nutrition as you think.

with a lot of sodium causes the disease, you are at risk of
becoming hypertensive and including heart disease
-Filled with plenty of gluten. The cause of problems with
diseases such as abdominal bloating, constipation or
indigestion
-Increased weight class Especially if eaten in the form of
cakes or burgers causes is filled with lots of salt and sugar
