Guillermo Rademakers Human Capital consultant – Madrid Office More than thirteen years working within Human Capital Services (Software & Consulting Services) Industrial Engineer by Polytechnical University of Catalonia, Master in Business Administration by the Polytechnical University of Madrid. Mr. Rademakers joined Mercer HRC on July 2006 as a consultant for Broad Based Rewards and Workforce Strategies. He has lead projects of Compensation Strategy Design, Work Measurement with IPE®, Talent Management, Performance Management, Professional Assessment, Management by Competencies, Career Planning and Organization Design. Prior to join Mercer, Mr. Rademakers worked as a Consul
