OWA Mailbox Over the Size Limit

Your mailbox is over its size limit…

First, empty your Deleted Items folder.

Then, empty your Junk E-mail folder.

You can also delete your old messages in your Sent Items folder.

To do that, make sure messages are arranged by date Sent .

Click on the Last Page button to see the oldest messages.

Surely you don’t need messages you sent over a year ago.

Delete the old messages. HINT: Use the SHIFT key…

Click on the first message on the page…

… and click on the last message on the page.

This highlights every message on the page.

You can also find your large messages.

This can be done in both the Inbox and the Sent Items folder.

To do that, change your View to Messages

The Messages View shows the Size of your messages.

Click on the Size column heading to arrange messages by size.

Click on the First Page button to move to the first page (where the largest messages are located)

Messages of this size undoubtedly have attachments.

If the attached files are needed, save them to a disk or computer

Once you are done, don’t forget to empty your Deleted Items again.
