Why Resilience?
      The resilience programmes provide the
      opportunity for employees to learn how to embrace
      challenge, to sustain their health and well-being
      and to grow. They emerge from difficult
      situations stronger and with the energy and
      enthusiasm to meet the next challenge.

       purpose. It enables them to:
            define & understand the importance of
            resilience
            discuss the attributes and skills of personal
            resilience
            implement behaviours to create a positive,
            resilient person, who can meet the demands of
            work and home life.
